About the PandaFan Official Client: During this special period, network restrictions have been significantly tightened. To continue using the service normally, you must use the HY2 protocol. Please update your client to the stable version 2.1.4 as soon as possible! You can download the latest version from the official website to replace your current one.

About CN Premium Servers:

PandaFan Cloud Service currently offers two types of servers:

Premium Servers (servers starting with “CN”) — may experience disruptions; please read below
These are specially optimized for network environments in China and are exclusively for customers in mainland China. They consume premium data.
Standard Servers (US, JP, TW, etc.) — unaffected
Available worldwide and usable by customers from all regions, including those in China. They consume standard data.

If you usually only use standard servers, your access will not be affected.

If you often use premium servers, please pay close attention to this notice as the content may be updated at any time:

What’s happening?

We are currently in a highly sensitive network period. CN premium server operations are being affected by multiple external factors. The PandaFan technical team is actively exploring and testing technical solutions to mitigate the issue.

Although most premium servers remain stable and usable thanks to our efforts, we cannot predict whether the situation will remain so or worsen.

During this period, we may temporarily suspend SSLTide protocol access for premium servers and keep only Hysteria2 (HY2) protocol access. The access protocols for CN servers may be adjusted at any time as needed. Meanwhile, some premium servers may temporarily be unavailable in certain regions.

We appreciate your understanding regarding any inconvenience caused by these temporary measures.

What should I do?

If you find that a CN server is temporarily unavailable, please switch to other regional standard servers to continue using the service. Also, refresh your server information as it might have been updated.

How to update server information?

macOS / Windows Official Client
Open the client → go to Account → click Update Account / Service Info. If you are still using a version earlier than 2.1.2, please update the client. If you cannot update directly, download the full installation package from the “Download” page on the top right of the website to install or replace your client.
Other Clients
Please visit the “Download” page on the top right of the website for update instructions specific to your client.
