About CN Premium Servers：

PandaFan Cloud Roaming currently provides two types of servers:

Premium Servers (servers starting with CN) — may experience fluctuations, please read carefully
Specifically optimized for network conditions in mainland China, available only to users in China, and consumes premium data.
Standard Servers (such as US, JP, TW, etc.) — unaffected
Available globally for all users, including those in China, and consumes standard data.

If you only use standard servers, your usage will not be affected.

What’s happening?

We’re currently in a highly sensitive network period. CN premium server operations are being disrupted by various factors. The PandaFan technical team is actively investigating and trying different technical solutions to address the issue.

Although most premium servers remain stable and usable due to our ongoing efforts, we cannot predict whether the situation will remain stable or worsen.

During this period, we may temporarily disable SSLTide protocol access for premium servers and retain only Hysteria2 (HY2) protocol access. The connection protocols for CN servers may also be adjusted at any time based on real conditions. Additionally, some premium servers may be temporarily unavailable in certain regions.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during this special time and appreciate your understanding.

What should I do?

If you notice that CN servers are temporarily unavailable, we recommend switching to other standard servers in different regions to continue using the service. Also, refresh your server list since connection details may have been updated.

How do I refresh server information?

macOS / Windows Official Client
Open the client → go to Account → click Update Account / Service Info. If you’re using a version earlier than 2.1.2, please update your client. If the update fails, go to the “Download” page at the top right of the website to download and reinstall the full version.
Other Clients
Please visit the “Download” page at the top right of the website for update instructions for your specific client.

When will premium servers return to normal?

The current complex restrictions cannot be resolved purely by technical means, so future developments are unpredictable.

We plan to conduct further tests and adjustments in mid-March.
